Pricing & Payment

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Ensure bins are accessible on the scheduled service day

  • Remove loose items or hazardous materials from bins

  • Secure pets and provide safe access to the bins

We are not responsible for delays or missed services due to inaccessible bins.

Health, Safety & Access

We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule a service if:

  • Access is unsafe

  • There are hazardous materials present

  • Weather conditions prevent safe operation

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or reschedules should be made as early as possible.

  • Missed services due to inaccessible bins may not be refundable.

  • Ongoing services may be paused or cancelled with notice.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim to provide high-quality service. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of service so we can review and address the issue.

Liability

While all reasonable care is taken:

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to bins

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
